Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and mamk24 ("Platform", "we", "company"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the mamk24 website at mamk24.org, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions in this document.

If you do not agree with any of the terms stated here, you are required not to continue using this platform. Continued use after the terms update date is considered acceptance of those changes.

User Eligibility

To register and use mamk24 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Register as a private individual and not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• Not be located in any territory or jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or be in active bankruptcy proceedings.
• Not be an employee, agent, representative or close family member of a mamk24 employee or related company.

mamk24 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts that fail to meet these verification requirements may be suspended or closed until compliance is achieved.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on mamk24. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts with balances forfeited.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Your account password must be kept secure and not shared with any third party.
• Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.
• mamk24 is not responsible for losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security.
• Transferring or selling an account to another party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

mamk24 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All financial transactions are handled through secure and encrypted channels.

Supported methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
• The name on the payment account must match the name of the verified mamk24 account holder.
• mamk24 reserves the right to apply additional checks for transactions that exceed certain limits.
• Any attempt to manipulate the deposit or withdrawal system will be investigated and the relevant account may be closed.
• Deposits made using unsupported methods or through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by mamk24 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users are required to meet these requirements before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: 100% of the first deposit up to RM1,000, with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received.

• Wagering using bonus funds must be used first before real money funds are wagered in the relevant game.
• Bonus amounts whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified period may be automatically forfeited.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

Loyal mamk24 members are eligible to join our VIP programme, which provides weekly cashback rewards based on membership tier. There are four VIP tiers available:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Players who are consistently active and demonstrate consistent betting commitment will be upgraded to a higher tier automatically. VIP tier assessments are conducted periodically and mamk24 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria without full public disclosure.

• Cashback is credited to accounts every week according to the set schedule.
• VIP tiers may be downgraded if account activity does not meet the required criteria.
• Credited cashback is subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of award.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

mamk24 users are required to interact with the platform honestly and ethically. The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate action:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempts to hack, attack or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform.
• Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful or that compromises the safety of other users.
• Use of another person's credit card or bank account information without their consent.
• Any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.

mamk24 cooperates fully with legal authorities in the investigation of any illegal activity that takes place through our platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

mamk24 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or upon request by the relevant authorities.

• Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team via live chat or email.
• Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned once identity verification is complete.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for a refund of any balance obtained through the relevant activity.
• Players who opt for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling programme may not reopen their account until the exclusion period has ended.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The mamk24 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure a continuous and stable service, we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical imperfections.

• mamk24 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any disputed game results will be reviewed based on our server records, which are considered final.
• mamk24 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses experienced by users.
• mamk24's total liability to any user will not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the preceding 12 months.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable international laws governing online gambling operations under the licence held by mamk24. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through an arbitration process agreed upon by both parties.

• Users are required to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with the mamk24 support team.
• If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.
• The official language for all dispute proceedings is Malay or English.
